Project management and Business Analysis practices for beginners

The Certified Associate of Project Management (CAPM) certification is an essential step in building a career as a project manager. This course is a solid foundation for project managers specifically designed by PMI for those willing to prepare and pass the CAPM® certification. It is provided by authorized training companies like InStar to enhance collaborative and group learning.

The course consists of eight 3-hour instructor-led sessions with multiple group exercises, covering important communication concepts, project metrics, progress management and measurement, culture, materials management, and performance management, coming from the РМВОК® Guide latest edition, PMI Guide to Business Analysis, Process Groups Practice Guide, Agile Practice Guide and other sources recommended for the exam preparation.

The course is specifically intended for the Certified Associate in Project Management® (CAPM®) exam prep from PMI, based on the topics tested by the exam: project management foundational concepts, managing predictive projects, managing adaptive projects, and business analysis concepts. This course provides the required study hours for PMI's CAPM® certification exam. It can also aid you in pursuing many of major certifications including the gold standard project management certification, the Project Management Professional (PMP).
