AI Sprint: Teams
Your people use AI in their actual daily work. Every team member, every day, every task that AI can make better.
Most organizations have deployed artificial intelligence (AI) tools and told their people to 'use them.' Most people use them occasionally, for simple tasks, and revert to their old workflows for everything that matters. This program changes that by working through each person's actual daily work with AI until the new way is more natural than the old one.
For every person on the team
- Knowledge workers in any organizational team who use computers, documents, and communication tools daily
- Teams where AI tools have been deployed but adoption is low or inconsistent
- Organizations that want a shared baseline of AI literacy across a function or department
- Teams preparing for a larger organizational AI initiative - this program builds the foundation
This program is not for managers or technical staff. It is for the individual contributors who make up most of the organization. If you need the manager-level program, see AI Sprint: Managers.
4 sessions. Built around what your team actually does.
Every session uses participants' real documents, real meetings, real communications. By session 4, each person has replaced at least three manual tasks with AI-augmented equivalents they actually use.
We start by mapping the team's actual tool landscape: what AI tools are available, which ones are being underused, and which ones would have the most immediate impact. We cut through the noise: there are hundreds of AI tools, but for your team's daily work, five or six will do 90% of the job.
How to give AI clear instructions, how to review and edit AI output efficiently, and how to build a personal library of prompts that work for your specific role. Each participant applies these to two or three of their most frequent tasks.
AI tools that work at the team level. Meeting preparation, note-taking and summarization, action tracking, shared document creation. Participants build one shared AI workflow that their team will use going forward.
Each participant's personal AI work toolkit: the specific prompts, tools, and workflows they will use next week and the week after. The session ends with each participant stating one AI practice they adopt starting the next working day.
What you will get:
- Every participant has replaced at least three manual tasks with AI-augmented equivalents they actively use
- The team has a shared vocabulary for AI tools and a common set of practices they can build on
- Participants can write effective instructions for AI tools
- The team has one shared AI workflow (meeting notes, document creation, or similar) that reduces collaborative overhead
- Individuals who were reluctant about AI have had direct experience of it making their work easier, which changes the conversation
