PfMP® Exam Prep
The rarest PMI certification. The one that proves you operate at the organizational level.
24 PDUs | Online · Ukrainian | English

The Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) is the most senior and least common credential in the PMI certification family. It certifies that you operate at the organizational level - aligning investments to strategy, governing AI portfolios, managing benefits across multiple programs and projects. Fewer than 5,000 professionals hold it globally. Alina Piddubna - INSTAR's lead instructor - is one of them, and one of the first in Ukraine.
For senior leaders who govern organizational performance through portfolios.
- Portfolio managers, PMO directors, and COOs responsible for governing AI-era investment portfolios.
- Senior program managers preparing to advance to the portfolio level.
- C-suite executives who want to demonstrate governance competence at the organizational level.
- Leaders in organizations where portfolio management is a strategic function, not an administrative one.
- Professionals who have already passed PMP and/or PgMP and want the full PMI certification ladder.
Not the right fit: PMI requires 8 years of project management experience, 5 years of portfolio management experience (non-overlapping), and a 4-year degree to apply for PfMP.
Why train with INSTAR
- Led by one of fewer than 5,000 PfMP holders globally - and one of the first in Ukraine.
- Panel review preparation, not just exam coaching.
- AI governance integrated into every domain, not treated as a separate topic.
- Very small cohort - limited places, individual application support.
5 sessions · Portfolio governance in the AI era
The PfMP curriculum covers the five performance domains from the Portfolio Management Standard. INSTAR's preparation integrates AI governance throughout - because portfolio management in 2026 means governing AI investments alongside traditional programs.
