How is PMI-PMOCP different from PfMP or PgMP?

PfMP and PgMP are PMI individual practitioner credentials. PMI-PMOCP focuses on the PMO function itself - how to design, govern, and run a PMO, especially one that supports AI-augmented delivery. Many senior practitioners hold both.

Will this help me redesign our existing PMO?

Yes. The curriculum is built on the AI-Powered PMO consulting engagement INSTAR runs with client organizations. Participants leave with a redesign perspective they can apply to their own PMO immediately.

Can a full PMO team take this as a closed cohort?

Yes, and this is often the more useful format. When a PMO team goes through together, the operating-model and governance work becomes live organizational work product, not individual learning.
