The Program Management Professional (PgMP) certifies your ability to lead multiple related projects in a coordinated way that delivers strategic benefits a single project could not. It is the credential for senior program managers, transformation leaders, and PMO heads who own outcomes - not just deliverables. INSTAR's program is led by a PgMP-certified instructor who also runs the program management track for AI transformations in real organizations.
For senior program managers and transformation leaders.
- Senior program managers responsible for multi-project programs tied to strategic objectives.
- PMO heads who govern programs as portfolios of related work.
- Transformation, change, and digital leaders accountable for benefits realization.
- PMP holders ready to step up from project to program leadership.
- Practitioners preparing for the PMI certification ladder toward PfMP.
Not the right fit: PMI requires 4 years of project management experience plus 4 or 7 years of program management experience depending on your degree. If you have not yet led a coordinated multi-project program, start with PMP first.
