INSTAR teaches management excellence for the AI era. We use AI tools in creating educational content, operating this website, and supporting client engagements. This page explains how - in line with the spirit of the EU AI Act.

Where we use AI

Drafting and editing of articles, course materials, and marketing copy (reviewed by humans before publication).
Translation between English and Ukrainian (reviewed by human editors).
Generation of illustrative imagery (clearly stylised, not photographic claims).
Internal productivity: summaries, analysis, code assistance.

Where we do NOT use AI

Course delivery is led by certified human instructors.
Certification assessments and grading.
Automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Data and AI

We do not feed personal data submitted through our forms into public AI services for training. Any AI tool used as a processor is bound by appropriate data-processing terms.

AI chat assistant on this website

Our website may include an AI-powered chat assistant that helps visitors navigate information about courses, services, dates and prices. It uses generative AI models and can make mistakes, return outdated information, or "hallucinate" — produce confidently worded statements that are not factually correct, especially in Ukrainian.

Responses from the AI assistant are provided for general informational purposes only. They do not constitute an offer, contract, advice, guarantee or commitment by INSTAR. Only information published on official INSTAR pages, official price lists, signed agreements, and written communications from authorised INSTAR staff are binding. INSTAR does not accept claims based solely on statements produced by the AI assistant. Please verify any material information on the official course page or via info@in-star.com.ua before registering or making a payment.
