Microsoft Planner adoption for project teams: training, guides, mentoring
Industry: Project-based organisation · Service: PMO as a service. Planning tool adoption. Under the PMO's umbrella, INSTAR moved the organisation's project managers and coordinators to shared planning in Planner: online training for 50+ people, a detailed guide, video lessons in the corporate LMS, templates and mentoring. About 100 users; roughly a third work in the tool daily, another half use it to control delivery. This became the base for automated management reporting.

Project management maturity diagnostics across 11 organisations and the development programme built on the results

Within three months, using INSTAR's proprietary methodology, 11 of a donor's partner organisations received a maturity assessment across 11 domains based on a questionnaire and 100+ documents. A development programme was built on that data: a tailored online course, training, practice exchange, mentoring, PMP preparation. A repeat measurement is planned.
