Alina is one of very few practitioners worldwide to hold both PfMP® and PgMP®. She has managed portfolios of advanced-technology programs since 2021, where governance, benefits realization under uncertainty, and organization-level stakeholder management are daily work. She also holds PMP, PMI-CPMAI, PMI-ACP, PMO-CP, PSM, CLSSGB, SAFe Practice Consultant, AWS certification, and a PhD in Economics. Alina is a contributor to the PMBOK Guide 8th edition, a speaker and blogger on management and advanced technology topics.

"Good afternoon, Alina. I'm writing to let you know that in August I finally passed the PMP — on the first attempt and at the above target level. The preparation took longer than I had planned, but I passed and did well. As for the exam itself, I found it a little easier than I expected: the questions were somewhat simpler than in Rita Mulcahy's simulator, and much simpler than in the simulator included in the course. In other words, if you consistently score 80% in the simulators, your chances of passing are quite high. I also managed to pass the PMI-ACP before they updated it.
