Four phases. 8–12 weeks. Real xMO at the end
The structure below is the standard framework. We adapt it based on your PMO's current state, your team's capability, and your organizational priorities.
We train participants to assess their current PMO: structure, processes, tools, team capability, stakeholder perceptions, and the gap between what the PMO is supposed to deliver and what it actually delivers. Output: a diagnostic result with specific findings and a proposed redesign roadmap, reviewed and agreed before Phase 2 begins.
We train participants to design the new xMO structure: governance model for AI-augmented delivery, reporting architecture (what gets automated, what requires human judgment, what gets eliminated), roles and responsibilities, decision rights and escalation paths, and data governance as the foundation of AI governance.
Participants build the capability their xMO team needs to operate the new architecture: AI tool integration for portfolio reporting and project monitoring, governance workflows for AI-generated project data, stakeholder communication templates and processes, and decision frameworks for governing AI-augmented teams.
Participants model the new xMO processes alongside existing ones, identify gaps, and make adjustments. The xMO team leaves with a plan for implementing the xMO. 30-day follow-up check-in included.
