ABOUT THIS WEBINAR
Why we are running this webinar
Most risk registers in Ukrainian companies were filled in at kickoff and never opened again. Meanwhile the project lives with risks no textbook lists: a blackout on release day, a key engineer mobilised, a supplier who cannot deliver, the hryvnia moving 10% in a month, a grant donor changing the rules.
Victoria Klymenko (PMP, PMI-ACP) has run projects and programs since 2003, managed portfolio risk in banks, and audited and recovered distressed projects. In this three-hour live webinar she shows how to build a short risk register that people actually update: risks written as cause and effect, an owner and a trigger for each, a response you can start tomorrow, and a fifteen-minute weekly review. Then she shows where AI helps: finding risks you missed, drafting scenarios, turning meeting notes into register updates, and where the decision must stay with a person.
You leave with a register template adapted to Ukrainian conditions, a list of typical risks to check your project against, and prompts you can use the same evening.
