Do I need to prepare anything before the webinar?

Nothing at all. Just show up. If you want to get more out of the conversation, you might spend two minutes thinking about where you are right now in your own PM-to-PgM journey, but it's not required. The conversation is designed to be valuable whether you're actively considering the transition or just curious about what it involves.

Will the recording be available if I can't attend live?

We plan to share a recording with everyone who registers, but we strongly recommend attending live. The Q&A at the end is where the most useful and unscripted moments tend to happen, and those don't translate as well to a recording. If you register and can't make it, you'll receive the link automatically.

I'm not sure program management is relevant to my role, should I still join?

If you're managing more than one project at a time, coordinating between teams, or trying to explain the value of your work to senior leadership, program management is probably more relevant to your situation than you think. This conversation is specifically designed to help you figure that out before committing to anything.
