TRANSFORM · FOR PROJECT & PMO LEADERS

AI Project Management Consulting

Your projects run the old way, with AI bolted on the side.

We rebuild how your projects get run, so AI does what it's good at and your managers keep the calls that matter. We answer for the delivery, not just the advice.

We look at how your projects actually move, where time leaks and where decisions stall, and redesign the flow so people and AI each do what they're better at. We don't hand you a tool and leave. We run it with you until it holds. You get shorter delivery time and decisions that don't get reversed, on your own projects. For delivery leads and project directors who already have AI in hand but aren't getting more out of it. Prefer your own PMs to learn this and run it? It's covered in Adapt, as a cohort program.

WHO IT’S FOR

For organizations that want project management to continue delivering value in the AI era.

  • CIOs, COOs, and program leaders whose delivery cycles lag what AI-augmented teams can produce
  • PMO directors and portfolio managers spending more time producing reports than analyzing decisions
  • Heads of project / product offices who invested in AI tools but have not seen delivery gains
  • Project teams in banking, energy, IT, pharma, and donor-funded programs with strict governance and audit requirements
  • Teams launching new initiatives that want AI-ready process embedded from day one, not retrofitted later

The engagement adapts to your delivery methodology: predictive, hybrid, or agile. We do not impose a framework; we rebuild yours.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

Four phases. 6–10 weeks. Working processes at the end.

The structure below is the baseline. We adapt it to your project office maturity, portfolio size, and regulatory context.

01
Phase 1: Project Function Diagnostic (weeks 1–2)

We assess the current state: methodology, artifacts, tooling, roles, capability levels, regulatory constraints, and the real pain points slowing delivery. Output: a diagnostic report with prioritized AI augmentation opportunities and a clear list of what should not be touched.

02
Phase 2: Process Redesign (weeks 3–4)

We redesign the core processes, - such as initiation, planning, status reporting, risk management, change governance, portfolio prioritization, - with a clear split: what AI automates, what stays human judgment, what is eliminated. Output: redesigned process architecture and documentation.

03
Phase 3: Tooling & Integration (weeks 5–7)

Together, we select and integrate AI tools that fit the redesigned processes, not the other way around. Covers PM copilots, AI for schedule and risk analysis, automated reporting, portfolio analytics. Your team leaves with working templates, prompts, and runbooks.

04
Phase 4: Pilot, Measure, Scale (weeks 8–10)

We pilot on 1–2 live projects, measure delivery metrics (cycle time, forecast accuracy, time-to-report, decision quality), and prepare the rollout plan for the wider portfolio. 30-day follow-up included.

OUTCOMES

What you will get:

  • A project methodology redesigned for AI-augmented delivery, without losing governance or audit traceability
  • Less time spent on status reporting and routine artifacts, hours returned to decision work and stakeholder management
  • Earlier risk and variance detection through AI analysis of schedule, budget, and dependencies
  • Clear roles and decision rights for AI-augmented project teams: who reviews, who approves, who is accountable
  • A reusable toolkit of templates, prompts, and runbooks ready to roll out across the rest of the portfolio
